My first few encounters here were great, Fabi is very knowledgeable and thorough but my most recent trip in, my gate access code wasn't working. I tried to go into the office at 4, the doors were locked and the break sign said they would return at 4:15. I waited in my car until I saw the employee pull up, park, and walk inside about 4:30. By the time I got to the door, he had locked it and disappeared. I called on the phone and tried to use the call button but 5:00 rolled around with no answer. Finally a woman on the deck above the office got his attention and he fixed my access without offering an explanation of why it was unauthorized in the first place. Disappointing.
Also, after two months they hiked up my monthly payment without telling me :(
