FRUSTRATING AND TRIED TO CHARGE A HIGHER PRICE
I reserved the space 2 days in advance and thought everything was set up and the price agreed upon but when I arrived with just 1 hour left to return my rental trailer I was given a higher price when I was asked to pay for it. The woman I was speaking with using the help button said the price was wrong and that she couldn't do anything about it herself. She said I could go ahead and pay for it and they could try to adjust the price later and refund the difference. I felt it was wrong of this business or any business to be responsible for a mistake and then ask the customer to pay for it,... even temporarily. I was disappointed in them for this. If they'd had their system coordinated with the reservation price I could have been unloaded in time to return the trailer. Instead, it took way too long and I had to leave without completing the move in. I had to drop all my things in the front yard of my house and have my wife stand outside with it with my toddler son for over an hour while I went to return the trailer and get us something to eat. Only later did I return and found that they had corrected the price to the correct amount. Afte paying for the unit I had to make several trips using my car in order to get our things moved in. All this after we'd already been up for more than a day pakcing and driving halfway across the state to get here.
On the positive side. Once the check in was completed I found the access to the storage very convenient and fast. The unit was clean and I am happy with security.
