Not able to access

I pay my bill every month. Went to the storage building to check on my things but the gate said I'm locked out. I call the facility and speak to Carlos... yes I'm upset anyone would be when everything you own is in that storage but then when you have someone that cares nothing about your feelings and tells you to calm down even upset me more not to mention kept talking over me and hung up on me tells me you can come over and i will manually let you in when i pay my bill and suppose to have access to my things anytime......what the....he treated me like I'm some criminal.....if you can't have compassion for customers then find another job cause if all your belongings we're locked behind a gate you would be pretty upset also.

I booked online and received a great price.

I find this location very handy,easy to get to and drive through. The unit was swept very clean. The timing was quick and easy for me to unload my belongings. The gate entry is very easy to use and the gate equipment allows for eye-to eye sight of others trying to enter or leave the units. You can actually see if someone else is using the other entry box and you can just wait and go in or out.

This is a clean storage facility with a great staff. My only complaint? On line they only offer 10×10 units as the larger size. The young man checking me in said he had bigger units but would only offer the first month at half off on the 10×10 unit. His loss as he would have made more money in the long run.

This place is great. It is clean. Has cameras. It could use a little more light. I should be open a little longer. I sometimes work late an need access after 9pm. But other than that it is a good place to rent from. The staff is helpful and courteous. I will continue to rent from them.

A very secure storage facility. The units are decent.

The security at the Edgewood Mini Storage is beyond expectations. The customer service is excellent; the employees get right to the point and show you the available units at the facility. There is a moderate amount of paperwork involved, but it goes by pretty fast. My only concern is that they charge you a lot of fees that weren't mentioned in the first place. Otherwise, everything else seemed alright.

Not very secure

The customer service was amazing but you can tell the facility isn't very secure. The locks required are just standard pad locks or disc locks. There's no way to use a cylinder lock. The gate with the code was secure but on my way out I saw that another large gate was wide open. I reserved an air conditioned space on Sparefoot but when I got there they didn't have any so they gave me some discounts, but I have oil paintings and I'm worried about how they'll hold up in the heat.

DOUBLE CHECK THE FEES THEY CHARGE YOU.

I was charged twice for the admin fee when I downgraded a week after purchasing my initial unit. I was even given a written quote for the second unit that did not include the fee. The lady didn't not bother to reverse/refund me the money after I reminded her that she stated she would not charge me AGAIN for the admin fee. I think that was very crooked of her and I would never refer anyone to this facility because of what she did. The economy isn't that great for me to want to just GIVE my money away. BEWARE!!!

Pleasant, Professional and Good Price Points for All Types of Units

I appreciated the pleasant and very professional folks operating this well appointed and safe storage facility. The facility is also on a bus line so even those without a car can access it and even the cab fares to most parts of town are reasonable. Another plus is the storage units are mostly all on ground level when really spares the body moving and hauling. Like everything else in the world today renters need proper ID and a debit care to make things go quick and smooth. And again I was pleasantly surprise by the operators who stepped through the paperwork and rental agreement without annoyance or ya ya. A fairly priced and professionally run facility is the bottom line and I am good with that.

I was very upset at the other place I rented because they kept raising rates and I live overseas. I believe her name was Stephanie and she was great. She told me that edgewood hasn't raised rates in a couple of years. She even gave us a better deal with a bigger unit. I still pay less there than at my other storage place. Love Edgewood! She even gave me a lock.
