Come visit us in Lake City Florida we are off of US 90, next to Ricky G's tattoo and Polar Ice Express Machine, across from Advantage Pool and Plumbing Store.

West: Get off of I75 exit East on US Hwy 90, Go 1.2 miles and you will come to traffic light which is Hwy 247(Branford Hwy). Turn right go 7/10 of a mile and you will see Community Self Storage Lake City, FL.

East: Travel West on US Hwy 90 to Hwy 247. Turn left at light. 7/10 of a mile turn right and you will see Tellus Self Storage Lake City, FL.

South: Branford Hwy(FLSR247) Drive about 15 miles cross over I75, Community Self Storage Lake City, FL is on the left.

North: SR247 / US Hwy 90, either way you come will lead you to these roads.

Take I75 onto Hwy 90. Take 90 to 247 and you will see the sign on the right. From the West: On US 90, go to the Home Depot and Walgreens, at the light turn right , Tellus Self Storage Lake City, FL is on the right. From the East: On 90 take a left at the light onto SR 247.

I choose the facility based upon the advertised price. After renting the unit I discovered that the tax was not included and that you were required to pay for insurance ( provided you did not have a rider on a homeowners policy ). After all is said and done an advertised price of $40.00/month turned out to be $51.80/month for a 5x10 unit. I just think it is poor business to advertise a price and then snooker your customers with these added cost. Think about it that adds $142.00 per year to your rental cost that you were not aware of in the beginning and this is just on a small unit. They should at least advertise that taxes and insurance are extra and are not included in the advertised rate.

Very pleasant experience

The ladies in the office were so friendly and very accommodating. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I rented 2 units and would highly recommend this facility. It took almost no time to fill out the paperwork and get my units.
