very bad ways to upsell insurance
he kept pushing me to buy insurance and he didn't care about the deal i have it from sparefoot even he gave me the 4 month half price. he told me that he has to call his manager to sell it without insurance, his manger said it is ok, then he made the paperwork with more expensive price than my deal, i asked him why he start to speak about the insurance again by scaring me from taking it with out insurance and speaking about building and leaking , so on.
