Close by storage that’s also the right price
A nice storage unit facility that offers climate controlled like our 10x10 unit. One thing that could be improved is outer door has no way to keep open, like when we, two people were carrying in large sofa. At first we used a piece of shrink wrap to attach door handle to bumper guard, but it broke. Fortunately, there was another customers there, and we asked if she could hold open door for us.

My first experience is terrible
I will not recommend because I am out of state and they Email me about my lock not being properly close and charges me 1.00 a day. I can not come over 1000 miles at the moment to secure a lock. Now that’s ridiculous.

Was out of state and needed storage for house hold goods
I recently had to travel due to a loss in my family.
After I returned to my home state I decided to stay and needed storage for my household goods left behind in TX.
Even though I was out of state the people at right space storage took the time to ensure I could fill out the proper documentation to rent a unit. Between a few phone calls and emails the process was easy and they were efficient and professional. I would recommend right space storage for your storage needs.

Horrible go some place else
Staff is rude and hideous, had their own kids running around in the office. Huge list of rules and reasons to kick people out. Quick to auction off people's belongings. They have a horrible reputation among the soldiers, auctioning of things when soldiers are deployed despite payment arrangement. Steer clear, there are many better places in Killeen then this one.

They went the extra yard for me
Reserved a 10x30 unit for 72 a month. I was paying 83 for a 10x10. The area is safe stands alone next to a church. I moved during a rain storm and the water diversion was designed very well. Easy in and out gates and keypads. If driving a big truck or trailer there's no tight turns that make it hard to maneuver.

rented a parking space
Called Sparefoot for storage site for an item and told them how big it was. Sparefoot told us that LongBranch Storage had a storage unit available. I went there and talked to the onsite manager who showed us the storage unit. The unit was smaller than what we needed but the on-site manager, thinking outside the box, had an alternative. It was not exactly what I was looking for but after answering my questions and showing me the security,she was very knowledgeable, alayed my concerns and I decided that the alternative unit would fit my needs. The manager was Professional and patient and listened.
