After a couple years, you will find fees added to your rent that have no explaination. You will find the so called manager believes himself to have some kind of authority over you. And when you grow tired of the hassle and want to move, he will lock you out and threaten to auction your belongings until u pay several hundred dollars in imaginary fees.
