My comment.

The monthly fee is very good,i didn't like that when you moved in on January 15 and pay that monthly fee, you still got to pay another monthly fee on February 1.because they bill everyone on the first of each month even if you mmov in a few days before the first of the following month you still got to pay the first. That's the only fault i got so far.

A Customer Service; the space is very accesible

As someone who lives in Manhattan and has seen the horror show that is renting a storage space there, Safeguard Self Storage was a breath of fresh air. The place is easy to get to by car or train. The customer service was outstanding - knowledgeable - and best of all -- NO SURPRISES! I rented a 5x10 space and it was very clean. All the storage space doors use the same kind of unique lock that can only be bought at the storage place. Which I balked at at first. But once I saw how ingenious the mechanism was, It made much more sense then everyone having their own padlock.

Unusal Atmosphere!!

Did not like the locker unit is up instead of on the ground. Will probably use another storage facility next yr. As a paying customer for three months up front we were not allowed to use another lock for security purposes except for the cylinder lock we were given.
