Great Customer Service
From the first time I went to the facility I was very impressed with the staff, I was shown the unit and explained everything I needed to know. After moving in I found a friend in the employees and was impressed that everytime I came in they were more than helpful. I have never met nicer people than at Smart Stop. They even called me to remind me when my payment was due.

I will not rent storage anywhere else
I was looking for a storage unit and parking spaces for my trucks for over 4 months before I stumbled on this gem of a place. Right from the start the manager at the facility, Ron, opened up and treated me like a long time friend. He gave me a detailed tour of the facility, which was by far the cleanest facility I had toured in Jacksonville. The paperwork was painless and the prices were unmatched. Other facilities I have rented from offered the same courtesy up front, but quickly became unhelpful once the paperwork was signed. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that Ron still knew me by name after 2 months of little to no personal interaction. And he is still always trying to help out in any way he can. The customer service at this facility alone is enough to keep me renting with them. 5 stars; no question.

They have a wonderful facility and the staff, Ron, was more than helpful. The huge discounts and the friendly service sold me from the start. I am sure that we will continue to have a great relationship and look forward to a great new company at this location.
