Any Floridian will tell you, it's not the heat it's the humidity. Mold and mildew thrive in our extreme humidity and can gravely damage antiques, fabrics, furniture, pictures and holiday decorations. That's why our unique system uses A/C thermostats and humidistats to control temperature and humidity separately. Additional dehumidifiers and monthly pest control insure an extra level of protection. We call it Real Climate Control. You'll call it smart.
