Recently laid off, single mom with two small children, forced to move into a smaller place, Highlands Storage was such a blessing. While the price was a bit out of my price range the convenience and wonderful customer service was what led us to this facility.

The staff is super friendly, love the location and convenience or driving right up to the door. It is always very clean!!

Friendly service, clean, easy access
KJ was very helpful in helping us decide which size unit we would need. The place is always clean when we stop by. Plenty of parking and the covered loading/unloading area makes it easy to stay dry and get in and out quickly.

I have used several storage facilities and Issaquah Highlands is by far the best. Very clean and secure. Staff excellent. Sometimes it would be better if there was more parking for unloading, but a minor issue.

Very pleased with facility and service
I moved from a different storage facility to Issaquah Highlands Self Storage. I have been very impressed with the service, flexibility of the staff as well as the security and ease of use of the facility itself. The driveway, big doors, access to carts and huge elevators have made getting my stuff in and out very easy.
