Extremely Efficient and Kind Staff
This place was the cheapest I could find, pretty much anywhere in Indy. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that for such a low cost, there was fantastic staff and service. So far, so great!

Extremely Efficient and Kind Staff
This place was the cheapest I could find, pretty much anywhere in Indy. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that for such a low cost, there was fantastic staff and service. So far, so great!
they were very helpful. very easy papework, the only thing i had a problem with was i got a online reservation for 47 dollars and when i got there they said it was 50 dollars a month. other than that i really like them.
MOre Info would have helped
The storage employees were nice and friendly. But When I got there- they advised they do not take cash and that I needed proof of insurance. I was charged and extra $10 for insurance- even tho I have renters insurance but did not have the Declaration page with me. They wouldnt let me fax it later. Also the facility is very difficult to get to. I had to call twice for directions because you have to enter off an access road. There is no direct route for entry.
Best place on the Far East side
I rent a unit at this facility and I am very pleased. The staff are courteous, attentive, and friendly. The price is the best around.
