A bait and switch price scam was pulled online - I made a reservation at one price, and when I showed up on the scheduled day the price was different and the attendant claimed he could not help. I had a loaded truck so I just had to accept the situation but I feel cheated.

Over all its a good Facility. Quick and easy to get a storage unit. Plus they have great deals on first months. Units are clean and access until 10pm.
Got what I was looking for.
Great experience
I reserved a unit online, then got a call on my move in date to remember to bring my id & a lock! Well with all the stress of moving, I drove 45 minutes to the storage unit and thought I forgot my id! Called the help line at the kiosk and they quickly resolved this problem so I didn't have to drive 45 mins one back to get my Id to drive 45 minutes again to finish my rental paperwork! They also had a lock I could purchase! Very great price and great customer service!
Needed Space.
I've never had to use storage before but the experience I've had so far has been very easy and convenient. I'd definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
