Make sure offers are fully utilized

There have been many difficulties with this storage unit . The customer service has continues to try to make it right I am unsure if I can get the offer I was offered online. The management is as helpful and caring as can be she made a bad move easier than I thought it would be

Impressed with Management

The management is awesome. We had picked a storage that was way to small for our needs and manager upgraded us to larger storage at a very satisfactory price. Also on our first trip in we were having problems with pass code for gate & after business hours management was right there to help us...I'm very impressed with the manager that lives on site.
