bad attitude
fiance had a storage here,went with her to get some stuff out found mouse droppings on everything,went to the office girl in office no help would not even come out and look said we had to file a claim with insurance,went back to unit saw several rodents traps around the buildings,next couple of days spent throwing things out,went to office several times no one was there,i caught the girl one day and she still said she doesnt have mice problems,when i told her i saw the traps she got upset,she would not give us any help with the insurance we moved everything to public storage,this company needs to instruct its employees about customer service.

Great facility
The facility was great! The staff was very helpful and courteous but not always the best at communicating information.

Great Storage!!!
I am extremely glad with my storage unit. I have looked at other places but this one is the only one I have come across that has LIGHT!! in it. Which is extremely appreciated trying to find things in a dark room is not fun! The staff is very helpful and kind. Would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Best storage in the Dayton area!
I have had the experience of using a family members storage unit at another facility, however, after talking with management I am sure that I have choose the right place. I am confident that not only does Simply Storage have the best price, I am relieved that my valuables are secure.
