Very convienant location, has great customer service, VERY clean! I have not had a problem at all with anything. The staff in the lobby are very helpful and kind.

Barbara is the Best. she is very helpful in determing the right size for me. She took her time with me to explain all the "fine print" and information on you contracts. Every month when I make my payment she smiles and greets me by name this day in time that is very" Rare". I would HIGHLY reccommend Big Tex East and Barbara, she will make your moving experience pleasant and Stress Free.

Excellent value for my money
My wife and I wanted a safe, very clean, and convenient to use facility. With Big Tex we got all these at a competitive price. Big Tex friendly and professional staff were a pleasure to deal with. The facility is well designed so the storage locations are very easy to get to (matters more than I had initially realized). And it is a very modern and secure facility, much much better than the nearby competitors.
