Terrible customer service
My unit was dirty when I went to move in. I reported it and came in Saturday morning where I was greeted by a rude assistant manager who refused to vacuum it for me. She said she would call a maintenance guy to come meet me and clean it. She send me out to wait outside for over an hour and the guy never showed up. She left the store for over an hour and a half and never came back nor answered the phones. She told me she would be back, that she had to drive somewhere and told me to wait for the guy, that she would call him again. She really did not care and was very old disconnected from my situation. I had to vacuum myself a little bit with my own personal vacuum to be able to put my furniture in the unit because it started raining. I already was not able to move on day one because the unit was dirty and I lost the guys that were going to help me and their availability. It has not been a good experience so far. Eric was nice, the guy who rented me the unit, very friendly and professional though. And he was kind. And I have left numerous messages and the “site manager” Dana has not even returned my call.

Excellent assistance by the two staff members on a Saturday.
The staff explained the process well and made sure we knew how to get to the unit. They made sure we knew there were carts available so we didn’t have to hand carry our items. We were in and out in an amazingly short time!

Very smooth move in process and the ladies at the front desk were very nice
The only thing that I would make note of was that there was a slight ant problem coming from the storage unit next store. We went out and bought some spray and I have not noticed a problem when I have visited.

Worth the few extra dollars
This location may be a bit more than others in the immediate area, but after visiting multiple storage facilities over the last few weeks we knew we had a winner. The facility is well maintained, and we loved the customer service. Great location, and happy with our rental so far!

This is really working out well for us !
We are in the process of planning to build a new home, but long prior to listing our current home of 30 years, we knew we needed a close, convenient, and climate controlled storage facility. We wer so pleased to find this Hopkins site on line as it is about half way between our home, and what will be our new home. The specific storage unit we selected was perfectly clean, very easy to access, and absolutely ideal for our needs over these next six months or so. We couldn't be more please with it.

False advertising
This has nothing to do with the location it has to do with your Bate and switch web site. I have got an on line written quote and confirmed by the company for a 10X20 storage unit for my car for $69.95, when I got there even though I had the reservation and descrpition in print I was told there was a mistake and that was for a parking spot out side. The cost for what I was reservered would be $169.95. I looked today and the web site still tells me I can rent a 10x20 storage unit for $69.95. You decide for yourself. The marketing firm that handles all these storage units across the country have not morals.
