Awesome place
I was looking for somewhere to store all my stuff from school for the summer. I happened to find this place and it's great! Very clean, awesome customer service, well priced and close to UH Manoa. The truck service offered is fantastic. Just schedule for the truck to pick up your stuff and be waiting with it outside. When the truck comes, load all your stuff in and meet the truck at the storage place and you can unload it all. If you get any mail while you're away, they will keep it for you in the office for when you come back! Awesome place, definitely using them again!

Alysson is the reason I recommend this facility
50% off the first month is great on it's own but the customer service we got was outstanding. Alysson took real good care of us and found us the best deal to fit our situation. No hoops, no hassle. She gets it done. Thanks, Alysson.

Clean & secure with greath customer service
The facility is in a great location and is very clean and secure. The units are pricey but I think for this area that's average. The first month special is a great deal. Allison was very helpful and did a great job getting me my unit! It would be better if the hallways inside had some sort of color or theme because it's all white and very confusing to find your way around without a map.

The right kind of storage
When it works, don't bother fixing it !!! When I think of storequest this saying comes to mind. I find on the overall, this place works and after 2 years; works very well !!! Keep up the good work.

EVERYTHING about this storage company is great, accept for that step ladder.
Having a top locker we find it really difficult to get to our things. The step ladder is so large it can only be used sideways and that makes it so difficult to get inside our locker and remove things because there's bars on the ladder that blocks the way. That is really unsafe. We don't have the luxury of accessing our things because it's hard to get inside our locker. We wish for a better ladder. BUT, other than that, everything is great! Staff, facility, location, service, security... we have no complaints and would certainly recommend this storage to others..

Location, security and cleanliness is great at this location. Best of all is the customer service from Allison! She is super and so friendly! Only concern we had was the substantial increase in rates after a year.

We've been really happy with our 10x10 unit. The Service and Cleanliness are second to none. Allison is super helpful and always makes an effort to answer my occasional ?'s. Bathrooms are spotless. Overall Unbeatable.
