A great value for my purpose.
I am an original tenant. I find the monthly rate very good. I did shop around but there no other space that could match much less beat the price. I do find the hours inconvenient sometimes and sometimes, I wish the homeless were not there but they have never bothered me. Parking is limited so it would be nice if the empty company truck would not park inside.

my unit/my way
The staff is helpful, the unit is just what I need to store items when I'm off island. When I return, my possessions are right at hand. I can travel lightly now with peace of mind.

Very happy with facility and service!
Excellent, friendly staff and clean environment. Air conditioning would help because it gets quite hot sometimes. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my storage unit there.

Convenient location at a great price.
I recommend this storage company and location all the time. The only problem that people I recommend can cite is that they do not provide 24/7 access. I have never needed to access my storage outside of their normal business hours. All I can say is... "Plan ahead and you'll never have a problem with StorQuest Kaka'ako."

It's ghetto & hot, but cheap
I don't like how the units are made out of wooden boards. It's really hot there. I try not to go in to SQ even if I really need to get something because it's so damn hot. The staff are nice though. From what I hear, this SQ is the cheapest in town. I know that it would raise prices, but what would make this place tits is air conditioning in the entire place and 24-hour access and a security guard or staff member(s), or maybe later access hours even though the area is pretty shady.

Very serviceable
I've used this facility for over 10 years. I live off-island, and I find it accessible when I am in Honolulu. The charge is a bit high, I think, but I don't know much about these services. However, the employees have always been courteous and helpful, both as EZ Access and Stor Quest.

Needs a refurbishment
Older unit, hours are not the best, location is a problem, the units are build out of old plywood, parking is a mess, lighting is very dark.

Customer service Review
With the exception of one incident a few months ago where the agent seemed to be asleep in the darkened office, your agents are always friendly and helpful.

Akamai
Akamai is Hawaiian for being smart. I've used StorQuest a long time... before they became StorQuest! Enjoy doing business with real and friendly folk vice automation.

I find the location accessable and the isles are clean with helpful staff.
My only concern is the homeless floks that frequent the place as my wife may be there by herself at times.
