reserved online and got a call right away to confirm move-in date. on move-in date, was taken care of immediately, Ben was helpful, friendly, fast.
the location is a little hard to see coming around the bend, but the facility itself is great.

Friendly, efficient service, good facility
The staff were very helpful and cheerful, processed us promptly.
The facility is in good state and clean.
Being conditioned makes it suitable for items I wouldn't store in an outside, unconditioned facility.
Access is straightforward, access hours are practical.

Dan was super friendly and thorough but not annoyingly thorough!
Dan was tremendous. Definitely appreciated his friendly demeanor. I was having a difficult day and needing to suddenly get storage space was not on my list of things to do when it began. He was super nice when it was needed most.

Front office people were SO helpful!!
Although I think the storage area I have is somewhat expensive, the unit is clean and the people running the facility are SO nice and helpful. I have never rented a storage unit and they helped me through the process.

Was very surprised at how clean, secure and professional the staff is. Ben was informative, polite, and very quick in processing our paperwork. He gave us a tour and instructed us on how to use the facility. Very pleased with our choice of storage facilities.

Best Staff in Area
The difference is in the conversation. This place has the process down pat but the attitude of the two staffers made the difference.
I'm not happy to have to put things in storage but Ben and Dan are so welcoming, it feels good to go to the unit!

Very impressed with this place
The staff is super helpful, very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The price is very reasonable for the size I got compared to other places. Place is super clean, security is so tight, they have cameras all around and alarms on the units. They even have a bay so you can pull your vehicle into the facility up to the elevators for easy moving plus hand carts to use. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good storage place at a great price!

The Staff at Safeguard Self Storage have been very accommodating. We started with one unit and are now up to three. It is very clean and that was my biggest concern. Anyone needing to store their belongings should not hesitate using Safeguard Self Storage (Holmdel) New Jersey. It has been a pleasant experience since the beginning.

I moved out of my apartment earlier that day and needed a storage unit ASAP. It was a Sunday. After trying two other storage units - one was closed on Sundays and the other was not yet open for business - I'm so glad I found that this place was open and had units available on such short notice.
