The attendent was very thorough with the paperwork, but very slow paced. hidden fees Like insurance being mandatory, was a surprise to me as I have other storage units in other towns and they didnt require insurance

friendliest place for storage
Recently divorced I had to store my precious items in storage. I did my homework and contacted several facilities in the area. Simply Self Storage was the friendliest and when I went to look at the unit to rent the manager was the best. She suggested the supplies I would need and even offered my a great price on a truck. When I rented she did everything in a fast and friendly way. The day I moved in I could not get my gate to work and she came out and helped me with it. While I was on the property she stopped by to give me and my help water bottles as the weather was warm. This has been the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Thank you Simply Self Storage for making my storing simple and pleasurable.R.Anderson.
