Great husband -wife team
Really friendly customer service from a husband/wife team. I forgot to lock up my unit when I moved in. Not only did they call me, but they put their own lock on it until I could get there with mine.
I only wish their prices were lower - I have another unit the same size at a competitor for less than half the price

Well maintained facility. Above average customer service. Fair pricing.
The staff at this facility are always friendly and helpful. We had a situation a few months ago where our home was burglarized and among the items stolen were the keys to our units. We made a call to the Mini U office and our units were immediately secured with a second lock. This gave us great peace of mind until we were able to get to the facility.

Office staff is very friendly and professional
I travel back and forth between Amarillo and Denver for my work and I always enjoy dropping by the office to check in and visit. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Being able to pay my bill electronically is a positive for me. I appreciate the service and access that this facility provides.

The couple that run the place, Sue and Lee are very helpful. I thought I needed a smaller unit than I actually did. I didn't let them know until the morning that I moved in. They both were very accommodating. The bigger unit was perfect and clean. I rented their truck for a day and that went smoothly. It was left running and warm for us when we were done with the paperwork. Very helpful. Thank you

Sue and Lee are the reason I chose their facility
I shopped around for a storage facility that would meet my needs. There are so many storage facility owners that were unaccommodating and expensive and even rude. My first experience with the storage facility I chose was through Sparefoot. Wow. What a difference!! The gentleman I was so lucky to get was so informative and pleasant. It is because of him I met Sue and Lee at the facility I chose. It's also because of Sparefoot that i got a significant discount. Thank you so much Sparefoot. If I ever need another storage unit I will only go through you!!

The owners of the facility were very helpful and knowledgeable. The contents of my moving truck were greater than what would fit in the unit we originally signed up for. But, without hesitation, they helped me get into a larger unit at a very fair price. Easy in and easy out. The check-out time was long, but we would recommend this facility to others for sure.

Fantastic Experience
When I decided to move out of state, I had no idea which storage facility to choose. I did my research online, but was still unsure of my choice and wondered if I had made a good one.
Upon arriving with my belongings, I was highly impressed with the facility, it's location and cleanliness. I was especially happy with the warm, friendly, yet very professional customer service from Lee and Sue. Any questions I had were anwered right away, and paperwork was handled promptly, so we could get right to work unloading. I could not be happier with my choice of facilities and my experience with my storage unit.
