super helpful staff!!
The staff was very helpful. We ended up needing a second unit by the time we unloaded and they found another free unit ASAP and made the paperwork process quick. They also had tips for moving into the area.
The overall experience was good. However, I had stopped by the facility and was told there were no outside units available or anything on the first floor. Yet online I was able to reserve and eventually rent a small first floor heated unit and an outside unit. The price for the outside unit on my confirmation was not honored. While only $5 per month this adds up. Also my confirmations for both units said they qualified for second month free and was told they didn't at the site.
Great Service
Went in this weekend to reserve and storage container and received great service from the young lady behind the counter. After touring the facility I feel very comfortable leaving my valuables at this site. Top Operation !
