Everything was as explained over the phone, with the exception of a loaner truck. This facility no longer has a truck to loan its customers to move items.

Good location, clean unit, great people.
We weren't sure of what size unit we needed and when we decided we needed bigger than we reserved, we were upsized with no problem. When I arrived to sign-in the internet was down in the area. But wait! They sent me over to a "sister" location where the folks there helped me get set on the company registration site. Good, friendly service all the way.

Great first time experience
This was my first time renting a storage unit. I felt that the customer service (Chuck) provided all of the information that I needed in a clear manner before I rented the unit. He was great in showing me the unit prior to renting it to make sure it was the right size to fit my needs. The paperwork was easily explained. Chuck is very friendly and made my first time experience wonderful!

Went on line and was able to reserve a storage unit. They followed up with a phone call. Storage unit was ready and very clean the process was about twenty minutes - very easy and plainless. Nice to walk in and everything is ready-very professional and polite

I had to get a storage unit in a hurry and didn't have a lot of money. This place was 5 min from where I'm moving and is staffed by people who are professionals at what they do. And it was very affordable and clean!

Very helpful staff/manager. Price is very reasonable.
Although we signed the contract on a week-day, we weren't moving in until the following Sunday. The manager made arrangements so that we would have access to a couple of flat bed trolleys even though the storage facility would be closed. As arranged, we secured the trolleys and the spare lock loaned to us by Valley Storage for return as agreed. On Monday, the manager called to let me kow he had received everything--we love the communication. We are off to a great start.... Thank you, Valley Storage -- All Star Court!

Reserving was very easy, facility staff wasn't too familiar with the AAA offer (free 1st month and $20 Amazon gift card) through SpareFoot. After they did some research received 1st month free, but not sure how to redeem gift card offer and they couldn't explain how as well.
Staff were professional and friendly, walked me through showing several different sizes and inquiring what type of things I would be storing to help me better decide which unit size to choose. Went over all the documents and my obligations as a guest (renter); I like that I'm able to downsize later on if the need arises! Was a smooth and easy process that didn't last all day.

Overall.... great storage facility!
The whole storage facility is very clean and neat. Very easy to access my unit. Ask for Chuck. He provideDo excellent customer service during my initial sign up. I have not had a need for assistance since moving in my items but would expect great service then if necessary. They have one 15 foot truck that you can rent where you will only need to pay for the insurance and mileage. They will waive the rental fee. It is a great deal and opportunity. Unfortunately by the time I found out about it, it was already reserved. So if you're thinking of using this truck, make sure you request for it early on. I had to rent a U-Haul truck which ended up costing me $50 more then if I had access to their truck.

I was very dissapointed to find that my storage facility was 5X10 instead of an 8X10 that I originally ordered. I do not recommend this facility to anyone of my friends.

Good experience for a first time renter
Never having had to rent a storage unit I was a little unsure of the process. Chuck was wonderful, patient and very professional. He made sure the unit I selected fit my needs without ever being pushy. Overall a really great experience.
