Mixed Feelings
The office was friendly and helpful during the paperwork process. And speedy, too - perhaps too speedy. The next day, a Sunday (when the office is closed and no one is available for assistance), upon trying to enter the facility to access the unit, we found that our access code didn't work and that we had no way of contacting or alerting anybody who could help us. Luckily, another patron who was leaving was able to open the gate for us and let us in, but had it not been for them I'd have been left with a huge truck filled with stuff and nowhere to put it on the day that I was leaving town. That said, the unit was in good and clean condition and we had no other issues that day. Close one!
