Sandi who posted that negative review on our site did so in an attempt to try and get all of her money back. Most storage contracts do not allow for any REFUNDS OF RENTS. I am the owner and i approved a refund of her money when she moved out. There was a $25 fee for processing refund, which was told to her and on all of our documents. She should have been happy with the refund and said thank you because we are not obligated to refund any money to her. Also the delay was because she did not provide us with her new address, and she requested that we send it to her old address, and the postmaster took additional time to forward to her new address. NOTE WE REFUNDED HER MONEY ALTHOUGH SHE WAS NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND. We ordinarily would get a thank you for this, but she decided to write on websites and turn us in to the BBB AND the Attorney General Office. To say the least this is a false statement about our business that i would like to clear up. WE CARE ABOUT EVERY ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! Any other storage most likely would not have considered her request at all and she would not have gotten any money back! Sad to see people who take advantage of this system and use it to try and get something more out of a business or person!

BEWARE
BEWARE of Budget Mini Storage in Goodyear because of their managing company, Advantage Management, Inc. My experience with the management company has shown them to be un-concerned with customer service, slow to respond to my inquiries, and their office representative has been petty and impossible to reason with. The staff at the storage facility itself is fine, but when you have to deal with the management company about payments or refunds, it will most likely be a miserable experience for you. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.

Good People
I just rented from Budget Mini and the staff there was really nice. I felt very welcome there and they walked me through everything step by step (was my first time renting storage). It was an easy process and they helped me find the perfect size unit for my furniture. Thanks Budget Mini Storage!

Peace of Mind
I found this place just by driving by, never really heard of them but I checked them out since I had been shopping at other storage places. This was the only place to offer me a free truck which was a huge load off of my list of burdens. The place was really clean too compared to the other storage places I looked at. I will recomend Budget to everyone I know who needs storage

Great Perks!
I was shopping for a storage unit and this place told me three words and I was sold, "Free Move-in Truck"! Just what I needed. Sure beats getting an expensive Uhaul!

Job Well Done
The security at this place is very tight which made me feel safe storing my items. At the same time the customer service was excellent and I got help whenever I needed it. I got to use their moving truck for free which helped ALOT and they even brought me water when I was moving in. I would definately recommend storing here to a friend.
