In a word, rude
The woman at the front desk was very short with me and rude, as if she had something better to do, After the first of April I will be moving my boxes to another storage space, this is the last thing I needed, you don’t know the circumstances behind someone that is storing their belongings, think about it. Plain and simple she should of been nice!

Great people!
James, the property manager, was very helpful. When we first arrived, he helped to guide me in to the facility, since I was driving a 26' box truck. Later on, while we were unloading the truck, he noticed that my mattress didn't have a bag cover, so he brought a cover and also some water, since it was a hot day. You can put your stuff anywhere, but great people make the difference.

Great prices. I got my rental unit the same day I requested it a couple of hours after requesting it. I moved my things in fast. I have never rented a storage unit before so I didn't know what I needed or what to expect but I guess I needed to provide my own lock for my unit they had the convenience factor of selling locks right in there office, which helped me out tremendously. Overall great service, great prices and pleasant experience.

Friendly manager, clean facility.
Some of the details about the reservation were not the same as I found on sparefoot. Howevwr, the facility is very clean and seems quite safe. I'm very happy with the unit that I got, a 10 x 5 rather than a 5 by 10. It provides a much wider door.

Excellent experience.
I needed the unit at the end of the first month.
It was not a problem. I got the unit I wanted and paid for the days left on the month. Next month I started over for the full month. Service and personnel were great. When in the middle of moving that's very helpful.

overall happy with so far. not happy with fill in nancy.
rented a 5 x 10, later rented a 10 x 15, eventually took everything to 10 x 15. everything went well until nancy filled in. but the original managers got everything fixed. when nancy took over, we didn't get the order we were sapposed to get, so we had to start all over again with the manager when they got back. we couldn't get into our storage units because when nancy was there, our code didn't work on the gate. she wasn't there when she said she would be, we made arrangements to be there a certain day, we made it the next day, but found out she wasn't there for the few days she was to be. we made a trip from across town for nothing and wasted gas. thankfully the managers that knew what they were doing got everything squared away for us, we still saved money and we're happy with the outcome. we now have one storage unit, and it worked out great. it was a plus to find you online so i could get the discounted prices!!

Economical and no problems
Moved from Maryland made online reservation thru our Penske truck rental and AAA gave us our first month free. Didnt have to wait for them to open. Had a quick and easy self check in kiosk. Felt safe and secure.

Looking for a quick storage in a fast moved compared prices to various competors and dollar for dollar CENTRAL Self Storage is value for your money special if your on a tight budget. Also having a live on site manager gives you a peace of mind no one be roaming around were they shouldnt be.,plus the couple operating operation were very helpful and plolite.
