Great Service and Very Affordable!!
Within 20 min. after I reserved my storage unit online I received a nice phone call from them, reconfirming my reservation. Once I arrived the next day they were very friendly & helpful. The paperwork was a breeze and took less than 10 min. The downside is that there is only one elevator per building but they offer free carts for you to load and wheel your boxes to your unit and if the elevator is a bit far away from your unit, there most likely is a stairwell that leads right up to it anyway. Also, their security system was great and they offer you an additional free lock to add to your own, so you can have 2 padlocks on your unit. And their prices....cheapest in town. It's a real bang for your buck.

Good Location, great price
The staff was really helpful, the facility is convenient for me, I think it is great!
the downside is... there is only one elevator per building, which isn't a problem unless there anyone else that is trying to use it.
