Frisco Legendary Self Storage in Frisco is located between Lebanon Road and Warren Parkway on Stockard Drive, just to the West of Preston Road. Stonebriar Community Church and Frisco ISD?s new Middle School are just to the North of us on Legendary Drive. Brian, our professional manager, is on site to serve you.
At our location in Frisco, we have a number of different units for your needs. No long term contracts -- all of our self storage units rent on a month-to-month basis! We offer a mix of units with drive-up access and a wide range climate controlled units. We're proud to call Frisco ISD a major customer; they rent two buildings at our facility. We offer a safe, clean, and secure facility right in the neighborhood.

Clean and convenient
The storage facility is easy to get to and the facility seems clean and well-maintained. My one major complaint is paperwork; the lone office staff member, while generally friendly and courteous, had to check repeatedly with supervisors by phone, and they refused to accept proof of insurance from military carrier USAA, necessitating the purchase of private insurance from them for an additional $10 a month. I spent over an hour trying to straighten this out to no avail. When USAA later found something they would accept, I had already rented the unit in my name, not my son's, and was informed it would not be possible to re-do the paperwork in his name/insurance unless I perhaps rented a different unit and moved all his stuff there. The money is not a big deal, but the senior staff's inflexibility and ignorance as to USAA and its standard renter's insurance (worldwide and anywhere the individual's possessions are) was surprising and in the end extremely irritating. For the six months we need storage, it's not worth a big fuss or changing locations. Had I known of all this, however, I might well have chosen a different facility to begin with.

Very Helpful
I was going through a tough time and needed a storage fast and wasn't sure what size, climate control or not or even what day I would be needing to move into it. I had never rented a storage before so I wasn't even sure what I needed to do. The staff was very helpful and set me up with the rite storage for my needs the same day I went in and even helped me by giving me a referal for a truck and a mover. I am glad with all I have going on that this was at least one thing that was made easy for me. I would definately reccomend!!!!
Easy, Fast, and affordable
I was very pleased with the quick response when I requested a unit online. The manager called me within seconds of my post. He reviewed unit options and help me determine the best location. I had requested to rent the unit within days of the request but when I found movers who could get their quicker, he was able to allow me to move in earlier than I expected. Thank you for your quick response, easy access to the unit and affordable pricing! I plan to stay!
