Rocky start but turned out well…
Booked the unit online and received confirmation number and move-in date, but then nothing re: access code, unit number, office hours other than on move-in day we should be there between 9 and 5. We called twice to get more info but got no response. On move-in day we went there early afternoon but no one there. Called service number. They tried to help but also got no response. We then called later and finally talked to man who assisted us with access, told us our own lock was needed, etc. Unit is clean. We are satisfied so all is well despite rocky start!

Excellent Facilities!
My wife and I just recently relocated to the area and were happy to receive the great services provided by AAA Storage. When I originally planned to rent storage from AAA, I was still living in Wisconsin; however I ended up not taking the unit until AFTER I moved out of state. I had family help move my items from one place to the other, so I don't have a true idea of the "cleanliness" aspect of the facility, but I can leave a review on the customer service aspect. The only downfall, I would say, would be after my initial contact (both this time and the previous), I did not receive confirmation that AAA had received either my request or follow up email for 3-5 business days. However, once that contact was made, responses were quick. I was able to do paperwork and set up my account all while being out of state, and can make payments through their on-line portal, which is great for me. I also found the for the size of the unit, the price was competitive of other places around, and liked the price for size.

Easy, self service move in.
Move in was easy. Ceiling in unit was about 12 feet at least but they said on the phone it would only be 8 feet. I did not notice security cameras - and the lot is gravel which can cause some puddles. Neighborhood looked safe.

Sorry to say I got no call back with details, just an email confirming my Saturday move in date. When I arrived not only did I find no office on the premise (not mentioned in ad or email "confirmation") weekend by appointment only was also not mentioned. So basically a waste of my day. The poor service cancels out pricing.

Excellent Price and Location
Can't beat the value - I've tried I've rented three different sized units here in as many months and they were all clean and dry with tall ceilings. Access is secure, contract is clear and no-hassle. Overall a quality experience.

Great facility and very friendly staff.
Very clean facility and friendly staff to assist us with our storage needs. Security makes me feel safe to go there by myself when my husband is out of town. Quick service and very helpful. I was very happy with the speed of moving into the unit. If anyone is looking for storage I will recommend.

This facility is amazing! They are very helpful and they move fast on everything that is done here. I first got a 5X10 and realised after I reserved it that I needed something a little bigger for what I was putting in it. So I called and e-mailed about my situation to see if I could be moved to a 10X10 instead. I heard back from the same day through email and a call from them. They are very good! I would recommend this facility to everyone!

Sean is very helpful and very kind, the unit is what it is and there have been no moisture problems.
This is a great storage unit for an excellent price. Sean has been great in working with me and accomodating. The unit is very accessible anytime and no moisture problems. I was able to create a hanging environment which allowed me more room. Set up was uncompromising and easy. I would recommend this storage hghly.

EXCELLENT FACILITY AND MANAGEMENT
All units are relatively new and the one I rented was spotless, including the concrete. Very secure with coded keypad for entry to the lot. Management is very accomodating and they were very prompt in returning the security deposit. I highly recommend this facility.

24 hour access keep accessable even in winter snow. Units are clean and no moisture problems. Very very happy with them. Managemnt is awesome to deal with. I was out of state and set up everything through email.
