Clean facility, easy access, and friendly staff.
From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The facility is clean and well lit. The only thing I would add is a map on each level of the lockers, but it's easy to figure out. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone.

- Store manager was prompt in answering questions in advance
- He was also flexible with providing cart after hours if I inform him on any specific day, which really made me happy

Good prices
This place has very competitive prices and is easy to access.
My only two complaints would be witnessing staff being relatively rude to another storage renter. The individual had come into the store/office space and the staff looked at them and said rather rudely "what do you want?" Them a moment later "sorry, can I help you?".
Also the unit building was rather messy at some points, which is more of an issue I'm assuming of other renters (trash on the floor, etc).
All in all, glad I went with them however those two items make it hard to give full stars.

High quality, clean, secure facility
This is the only facility I visited where the 5' x 10' unit actually measured out at 5x10. All the other places were typically about 6" shorter in each direction. There is no extra charge for 24 hour access and the access is easy with large elevators and roll up doors. Yet the price was the best I found.

First impressions are lasting
I received professional and respectfulness throughout my communication with the manager and staff. I toured the facility and noticed that it was in order and well kept. I felt comfortable with the application process, knowing that my items will remain at this location throughout its duration. I would recommend this facility because of the treatment I received.

Great experience with a minor hitch
The customer service I received was very good. The facility stayed open an extra 30 min to wait for my arrival to sign the paperwork. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue with my experience was that the electric garage door got stuck when I was moving my stuff in and no one was around to fix it because it was 10pm. It made moving our stuff in more challenging.

So far, very impressed!
Just moved my items into storage a week ago. Amazing customer service. They responded to emails so quickly and were very helpful. I am overseas and was flying in to move my belongings into storage. They really made me feel at ease. Wonderful staff, clean facility. Fair price. I'm very pleased and would recommend this facility.

Fine Storage; Questionable Service
OK, so I have a mixed bag in terms of the service since I dealt with 2 different people on 2 different days. One guy was the friendliest most helpful person who helped me out in a real pinch. The other guy moaned and groaned about basic things like having to look up a reservation or picking up the phone. Other than that, storage is storage and you get what you rent.

Best out of 3 places I've used for storage.
I was able to do everything over the phone and email. Met the moving company there and access for them was very easy. The indoor unit I rented was very clean, access was easy and the A/C was very nice to have on the hot day I moved in. I'm very happy with this place.
