First customer never showed on original reserve date. And when he did show up we told him the truck was in use and may be back on Monday. he shows up early Monday morning but truck was not available. He wanted the truck before renting a space and we do not provide free truck rental before renting a space. There was no promise of a reserved space or truck for Mr Lawler since he never showed on his scheduled reservation.

Failed to reserver "Free Truck"
Reserved spac and truck in advance
When arived they had no truck and we had to go to another facilty.
