Great facility
The on site manager (Shelly) is great to work with. I found the site on line when I found myself needing to move from a 3 bedroom home into a 1 bedroom apartment. I checked out the facility about 3 weeks before my move. I shopped around like I told Shelly that I would. I did not find a better price and the units in the facility seem to be more secure and the grounds are clean. I can not say enough about the good things for this storage facility.

I enjoy visting the property to make my payments, I could easly make them by phone for free, however the employees working there are friendly and are pleasant to speak with. Thank you

poor quality
originally i started out with extra space storage service was great until they sold this location. It been a pain in the axx every sense i was supposed to have a locked in rate with extra space the folks took over and been raising the roof on prices. I went in and talked with the manager told her i was thinking about moving because of this.To get me to stay she said she would leave it the same as it was but still charged me the new rate before she dropped it. now after changing the rate back to get me to stay two months later they are raising it again. one month a late fee is 15 next month its 20 these folks keep popping up with surprises with pricing you never know what you will be paying from one month to the next it like they charge you whatever they want and its always more then the month before i didnt have a contract with great value which is not so great a value. my contract was with extra space. yet i was told if i move i will be charges fees for moving out this place is a joke stay as far away from it as possible
