Nice facility
Nice facility. AC is great. I don't like that the some units have gaps between the units that seem a bit wide. I find that a bit concerning for security purposes of the items I have stored in my unit. I also found a bit concerning the fact that the roof of the unit is wired not a solid roof, another security issue in my opinion.

Property manager not the most friendly
I only recommend this place because of the pricing, which is the least expensive in the area; especially for a 5x15 unit. The property manager has no customer service skills and is not privy to negotiation on price, despite the vast amount of vacancies.

Its an easy clean safe place right off 95
Its honestly convenient off of I 95, clean building, its great price, easy in and out registration, and its in a safe neighborhood.
However, this day and age. Thus facility tops the charts because bit also has avtruly helpful, sincere, friendly office staff. Where else can get a great deal with service with a legit smile.
It was also pouring rain the day I moved stuff in and the loading area is covered. As you can see I was happy.

I forgot my lock that I purchased from the facility, and one of the staff members was sweet enough to give me the exact same locker free of charge as long as I returned the one I paid for and I made sure to returned it the next day as promised, she didn't have to trust that I would, she could of charged me for the second one and issue a refund after I brought the first one back, so I GREATLY appreciated her kindness, I believe her name was Elisa

Excellent service, convienent location, clean facility and secure.
I did my reservation on the internet and phone so when I came into the facility it only took 10 minutes to register and half of that was going and looking at the unit.
Service was great and very friendly staff interested in helping you.!!

By Far This Storage Mart Has Been The Greatest. The Staff Are Honest, Reliable And Very Attentive. When You Walk To This Location They Open You The Doors As A Welcoming Family. A Must Visit Location...Not To Mention Very Clean And Well Maintained
