Fred and Tom were able to assist me with ease. The representatives of the company were true to their word and if there was a request I made that they could not accommodate, they were up front with me and offered me alternative solutions. I would recommend customers to use this facility if it is convenient and in their budget. The online rates were no gimmick and was honored when I went to reserve the unit without any problems.
