Terrible customer service
There is a worker there named Tim, who has this thing with antagonizing people. I first saw him doing it with some other people and then one day he tried that with me. When I was upset after they locked me out of the storage even tho my payment was on time (they do that often) he had no explaination but yet said that if i speak to him in that tone he wont deal with me. Unbelievable. When i went to make a complaint at the corporate office...no one cared and said "Tim's a good guy"...i moved out asap. Plenty other storage's in fall river who treat people with respect.
