I found U-Stor-it when I was in a real pinch. They had the size unit needed and after telling them my unique story they matched the other storage facilities price. That was just the beginning at making the right decision. The Gentleman at the desk "Steve" is one of the most kind hearted individuals I have met. He was efficient and always monitored himself to make sure everything was done right.Still doesn't end there. I made the mistake of using a cheap combo lock. Well 10 attempts later I am asking Steve for help again following the book he has me sign a form and off we go. 30 seconds later mine is off and a new U-Stor-It lock is in it's place. Then today we needed to search and dig deep into the back of the storage. Steve provided a flashlight. Two words that describe Steve your employee are Great and Fantastic. Thanks Steve you always come through..

Great Storage Site!
I like the set up, the ease and the climate control. The elevators are large enough to hold a lot of furniture and the gates to each unit are large, too. I would give it 5 stars if the access code had worked the first day; when it didn't work, the customer representative got me a number very quickly and it wasn't too much of a hassle. But the fact that it didn't work the first time takes one star away.
