Frustrating start, good finish.
Finding and reserving on-line was easy. The call I received was confusing, and unclear. When i reviewed the info, the fees like the "one time" administrativefee & the "monthly" insurance were not reviewed ina way that i was clear or felt aware of them. I even asked if there were any "usual" questions I had not asked! These were all "cleared up" at check-in, but that did not help my frustration in the least...
