Don't count on after hours access
I had a deadline to move my things and asked for after hours access for a Friday Saturday Sunday. I was told it was no problem. I show up with a van full of things after hours and I don't have access. I called their number which transferred me to a call center. She said she couldn't see anywhere that I was granted after hours access and she couldn’t help me. I asked her to call Tuesday since she lives on the premises. She said she couldn't do that. Oh, but if I was trapped on the inside she could override it and open the gate. Yeah, not much help. It was a huge inconvenience for me to have to take it somewhere else to store my things until the next day. I called on Saturday and was told I had access, but again I didn’t. I didn’t even bother to try on Sunday. As for the friendliness of the staff, it’s average, Tuesday is nice, but this problem frustrated me and the call center was useless. The facility is clean and well lit. I feel my things are safe and secure. For what it’s worth, it’s a storage unit. I needed one and wasn’t going to move my stuff out of there just to go to a different one. But when I really needed them to allow me the after hours access, they couldn’t come through for me. This is why they get an average score from me.

Great Personal Service!
The office team has always been helpful and availible. I got a great deal on using their truck and they even held my unit for several weeks once I confirmed the size of the unit. I also changed my move in date to a week earlier and it was no problem at all!
