Great constumer service
My husband and I are getting our home ready to sell and this facility was perfect location for us. Not to mention the price! We originally reserved a 10 x 10 unit with outside access. When we got there on "move in" day we were told the only 10 x 10 units available were inside access. I had my reservation paper along and showed this to the manager. He then upgraded us to a 10 x 12 unit with outside access for the same price. Although the original unit wasn't available, it was great customer service to upgrade us. I would recommend this facility!
