They went the extra mile
I have used Eastside Storage in the past and that is why I returned. They went the extra mile and met me on Saturday (normally closed) to give me the keys to the unit and accept my paperwork. They emailed it to me so I could have it completed when I got there. The whole process took 5 minutes to complete. Great customer service!! Thanks!!
