Clean but office is unorganized
The facility is nice, but the women in the office had no clue. She went to show me my storage and didn't know what floor it was on. We ended up going on all 3 floors before we found it. When we did the paperwork she couldn't do the computer work and I had to go back 3 hours later to finalize it. So I stored my stuff without even paying.

Virtual move-in
I was stuck out of town and was not able to be there for my move. Staff was very accommodating and let my movers in and gave them a lock to my unit. They said I could come complete the paperwork when I get into town.
I am very appreciative of their understanding!

Excellent storage facility
We were very impressed with the storage facility and the building the unit was in. The owners were lovely people and very helpful and accommodating. We are comfortable and feel assured that our daughter?s belongings are safe and sound until we get them for the start of school in the fall. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

When I arrived, I was treated very nicely. The pricing was unbeatable in any of the areas around. And after making sure I was comfortable with knowing where my unit was, they even demonstrated how to enter and leave the facility.

moving time
the apartment complex that i was living in was being condemed and i only had thirty days to move out. so i had decided to rent a storage unit so that when i found a new place all i would have to do is get the stuff from storage and move in.
really really nice people, the gentlemen showed me the storage unit before i filled out any paperwork the paperwork was only a couple of signatures, he handed me the keys and i was good to go. no hassel and 21million questions or forms of i.d. real easy and simple.

In my state of mind I was looking for a painless no nonsense experience.
I got exactly that. I thanked the polite gentleman behind the counter for a smooth no BS experience. I would have walked out if he would have started with a request for 7 forms of ID and a copy of a my latest catscan. THANKS!!
