Quite Disappointing
Our experience at Storage King USA was quite disappointing. We went there on May 12, 2012 and it took forever to get a unit as we had to wait for the couple ahead of us. They were trying to rent a Penske truck and a dolley to haul their car on. They told me that they had already been there 2 hours when we got there and that the new manager had a lot of difficulty figuring out how to rent them the Penske truck. My daughter wanted to leave and said that we also had been there waiting almost 2 hours and we were under a deadline to get her moved out of her dorm. First off we did not get our 1 month of free rent as offered through Sparefoot for reserving a storage unit because the new manager said we could not get that and use the Yelp Deal “$100 Offer for $75” at Storage King USA. Even though they had never heard of the Yelp Deal, the manager said I could not get the one month of free storage through Sparefoot and since I had just paid for the Yelp Deal I was more or less forced to choose that in fear of loosing it. It was a pretty bad experience there and I felt very bad for the office worker Kathy. It should have taken 15-20 minutes and at the most a half hour to rent that staorage unit. My advice to Storage USA is TRAIN your new managers to do everything, especially the computer part of it!!!!! That poor couple in front of us! They were moving to Florida they told me and I know they were very discouraged after what they had gone through. We were putting stuff into storage there and the next day had to drive back to Virginia Beach. Well we were still moving stuff into our storage locker at 8pm May 13, 2012 where we left directly from for Virginia Beach. On the bright side, the storage unit we got was clean and the entire complex is clean. The unit we got is climate controlled and you could tell.

Accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable - very pleased!
I could not be happier with my experience at Storage King in Newtown Square. We were greeted politely, treated with respect and made clearly aware of everything we needed to know. The units are well-kept and secure and I have no doubt that my stored belongings are in good hands for the 3 months they are at the facility.

Over One hour to check in!!!
There was only one customer in the process of checking in - why did it take over ONE HOUR to have my paperwork processed???? I had everything in order: ID etc... Absolutely ridiculous.

The FIRST and LAST place to look for storage!
What a great facility. The staff at storage king took the time to make sure they understood my needs before making any recommendations. Shane took the time to show be 2 units just so I knew the difference and could picture what I was going to store in these units. He made renting my unit fast and easy. I left with copies of my lease and I was even able to purchase a lock that he had shown me. I was in and out of the storage facility in about a half hour. I am nothing pleased with the service, even the pricing is the lowest around!

An excellent value!
The facility is very clean and secure. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pricing when booked online was very competitive for the area. Two thumbs up!

Very accommodating, extremely clean, very accessable and I never did this before so I was amaized!!!!!
From the price, the truck availability, the access to moving and storage needs and going back to finding Storage King on the Internet, it has been a very positive experience. The Site Manager Joanne was so great and help me every bit of the way, evern following up with a phone call after my move & storage.

Wonderful people...Nice facility
Having never used storage before, I had no idea what to expect. The Storage King staff answered all my questions and offered some great advice. Maneuvering the hallway was a bit tricky, but everything went just fine. I would definitely recommend them.
