Empty office, in the rain.
Office didn't open until 10, so we got a later start than we wanted to. When we got there, the office was locked and a sign said the person was out on the property. We looked all over, and no one was there. Another sign said to use the walkie talkie in a locked box, but it wasn't there. Finally the attendant came back, and said he went to the bank and to get a soda. Fine, JUST PUT UP A SIGN WITH ACCURATE INFORMATION "Saturday 4/14, off premises for an errand, back by 11:15". Then people would know not to look all over the place in the rain.
