Friendly staff, easy access to unit, clean and well sized unit. Locking mechanism would not accept my standard lock. Needed to buy an alternative but other than that ok.

Good size, clean and secure outdoor storage

Staff was friendly, unit was good size (have seen taller, but for most needs this is more than enough), unit fairly clean for outdoor storage, appears to be dry and have adequate drainage. Only issue on move in was the latch/lock assembly on door. Would not accept either of the two locks I had previously purchased. Went to buy a lock from kiosk, but none were available. Trip to Walmart got the lock needed and from there all's been smooth. Will update if any problems occur between now and move out day.

registering for new unit

Facility is convenient,but having to deal with the kiosk to register & get a unit after already reserving one online was tedious. However the facility seems fairly secure and access 24/7 is a plus
