The storage unit was clean and easily accessible. Jeremy was very helpful and prepared for me when I came to sign paperwork. Upon request, he got pallets for me and had them all set up in the unit before I moved in. Only good things to say to about the experience.

Great Place to rent storage
Great Customer service with the registration and tour of the unit, Centrally located with wide driveways between buildings...It is well light and secure.

Slight bit of miscommunication the first visit. But was corrected on the second. I am happy with the outcome the second time around.

Quick & easy registration, very friendly service!
It took about 15 minutes or so to register, and the service was awesome! It's a clean facility and the price is very competitive - I priced the entire area where I live, and the price at Simply Storage Eagan is half the price of other facilities with the same size unit!

As Expected
I didn't know there would be a mandatory $9.00 insurance fee, but other than that it was pretty straight forward. They got me in and out in less than 20 mins.

Outside storage is awful - stay away!
I stored my camper outside for about six months. When I registered, I had a coupon, but was told I couldn't use it even though there wasn't an expiration date on the coupon (there was in their computer). I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another spot, so stayed. There is no keypad, nor lock like at other facilities. We were told that when the facility was open, a person would be there for security. HA! I had a full propane tank with all the fittings STOLEN off my rig last fall, and when I tried to report it there wasn't anyone in the office (like the office was shuttered tight and lights were off, not like they were just not there for a minute). Just went to get my camper, and somebody has STOLEN my entire cover!!!!! These are not inexpensive. I've never had so many things stolen at a facility. Their response? "Gee, we're sorry." Yeah, well, are you $350 sorry? 'Cuz it's gonna take me at least that to replace all the stuff.

Great deal for the beginning few months. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. Easy location to get to.

Reasonable priced -secure area
I just rented a storage and was impressed with the ease of the rental, the availability of units and the manager. I feel comfortable with the location of the storage unit as well. I'm only going to be renting the storage for a few months , temporary holding until I find the perfect house, I will rent again if I need to in the future.

After shopping many storage places I found this unit was the best value . I was plesently surprized when I went to see it how clean and organized it was, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I liked the ability to sign up on line so I knew they had an opening for the size I was looking for,

Convenient, affordable and great service
I just moved in, but I love Simply Storage in Eagan already! The office staff is really friendly, helped make my move-in smooth, they explained all the terms clearly and they actually monitor the property. Plus it's in a super convenient and central location and it's the most affordable game in town! Love it!
