Welcoming Employees
I recently moved into town and was price quoting the surrounding storage facilities and this facility was the most reasonable in pricing. Not to mention the warm and pleasant service that was provided by the ladies in the office. The facility is somewhat older, but the service is what sold me.

Great Customer Service!
I had a wonderful experience with staff when renting a storage space and renting a U-Haul. The girls knew what they were doing and they didn’t mind showing me the facility when I was price quoting the storage places in town. Great customer service is what sold me.

Love the Ladies
I moved from reedley to dinuba with my wife and love the ladies in the office. They are kind to both of us old folk. Great service is hard to find these days. We appreciate all their help.

I agree the ladies are rude and their attitude is awful.

All I can say about the women in the office is that they are rude!!!!!!! Nothing more to say. The staff used to be nice.

I feel that if you have something negative to say then you should go to the manager instead of writing rude reviews. Things would probably be resolved then. Writing rude reviews is just hurtful.

trashy
I went to get stuff out of my storage on Sunday and found the grounds trashy. I found a Wal Mart bag in my car and my husband and I filled it with trash that customers left laying around. McDonald bag and cups and other should items. Didn't your mothers ever teach you to clean up after yourselves. Don't complain about the place being trashy when your the one leaving the trash.

I wouldn't say that Tina is directly rude but she doesn't make you feel to welcomed. I have came to make a payment at different times of the day and she always makes me feel like I have came in at the worst possible time of her day, and I am the only customer there. Just be a little more pleasant I am there giving you money.

Nice
I think the gals, the storage place and the service are all nice. No worries here.

Cleanliness
The blame of the facility being dirty should be put towards staff and customers. Staff you have to do more that sit out the broom and dustpan, you need to use them. Customers you need to pick up your garbage and not blame it on the staff. If everyone did a little more the place would look nice.

Good people
I like the convenience of this place being near my house and open 24 hrs. I enjoy the staff very helpful.

Fine with the place
I have been reading this reviews and have been trying to decide exactly what you are expecting from the place. I go there to put item is, I go to take items out, I go to make my payment. Really what is there to be happy or mad about. My door is a hassle, but I deal with it, I have a large unit and it is not worth moving it over. The facility has been dirty but I see more trash from customers then anything else, so the dirty reviews should be about you. I have had no problems. I am just fine with the place.

I love reading reviews and I have to agree with almost all of these reviews to some point. Rude or Nice of staff, I have found the ladies to be pretty nice. Tina is a little nippy at times but that is her nature. Clean or dirty, mostly dirty and I do see Lori in the office most of the time so she could get out a little bit more but I see alot of smoking butts laying around and soda cups and everyone should pick up their own trash and not leave to to the young ladies to pick up. Doors could use some fixing up but that would cost alot of money so one step at a time. The new office looks so nice. I am over all pleased.

I like!!
I think the staff is awesome now. That other lady Lara was cool but not good when it came to the paperwork. I had to go in and sign a new contract because mine was lost when Lara was there. I think the place is pretty clean, I do see people just throw their trash anywhere. I don't think the staff can really help that.

Disagree
I would have to disagree with Lois on the up keep of the place. The lanes are always dirty. When the Dodds took care of the place is was clean but I don't feel it is anymore. But like Lois I feel my stuff is safe.

Clean and Friendly
Overall experience is good. Place is always kept up, love the new office. Staff is friendly. Water is a little annoying when it rains, but for the most part it is clean. I feel my stuff is safe and secure.

Dirty
I read where alot of customers think the women are rude but I haven't had a problem with them in that way. My problem is the place is always so dirty. I went in this weekend to get something out of my unit and the place was just dirty. I have seen this alot with the new staff. It would be nice to see them clean the grounds better instead of sitting in the office all day talking.

Up date
I love what they have done with the new office it looks great. It would be also great if they would now work on the unit doors. They are hard to open and close. That is the only problem I have with the store.

Fed up
I am so fed up with the staff. They are rude. I can't wait to move my stuff out. Better yet they can just have it.

Love the new office
I am always looking forward to going in and talking with the ladies. Tina is super nice. I'm a little old in age and if I ever need help opening my unit I know I can count on Tina or Lori to help me. Thank you so much ladies! Keep up the great work!

Missing Staff
Bring back Lara. I have to say that she is missed. The ladies are nice but it isn't the same. She was always nice and upbeat and she kept the place very clean whereas now is it always dirty.

Great service
love the ladies working in here! Always smiling and always offering help. Love that fact I can buy supplies right there in the office. Never know when you'll need something.

U-haul
rented a truck at this place this weekend and wasn't happy with the service the little lady provided. She was a little rude and now I am looking for a small storage but will be looking at the new place in Dinuba for better service.

I am very happy with the service I receive each time I visit the facility. The ladies have always been very helpful and very nice and they keep the place nice and clean.

Uhaul Customer
I called to rent a u-haul truck and the manager was so nice and so very helpful. I appreciate the time she took in helping me and answering my question. I am equally disappointment when calling back to make my reservations that she wasn't available. I was not given the same service, I was treated rudely and ended up calling Budget for a truck.

Pride
It is awesome to see the new office finally open. It looks nice. I am hoping that they make more changes in other areas on the place. The place could use a face lift all the way around.

Needs Improvement
I have rented from this facility for a long time and it would be nice to see improvement of the unit doors. They are old and sometimes I can't even get mine open.

We Moved
I wasn't very pleased with the facility. The doors would not roll up half the time. And it just wasn't very clean. As for the employees, very rude ladies. I just started mailing in my payment so I didn't have to deal with them. We moved to the facility in Reedley where the service and the facility was 100% better.
