Storage Masters - Denver

I went for it because it was cheap and I'm a college student. Thought that it was a good facility— wish my unit was closer to get to to be honest but all in all pretty good for while I'm working away this summer.

advance planning made this move go well. The free truck rental was great. The unit price was so much better than what I was paying before.

We moved our first load there yesterday, so we don't have a lot of experience there yet. So far, the experience has been great!

Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. The 4hr free (except for $15 for insurance) usage of the moving truck and the free lock were very nice benefits.

Pretty good experience
The price seems fair. The people I worked with were nice. My unit is nice. They give you a free lock, which is cool. Not sure I needed it but still nice. The only thing I did not like was that I was told if I brought in papers showing I had insurance coverage for my belongings I could get credited back part of the 9 dollars I was charged for insurance. That ended up not being true. Another cool thing about this place is that even if you rent an inside space they will tell you the closest place to drive up to it. This was very helpful when I came with my 14 foot U Haul to unload my stuff. Oh, and they have a bathroom that customers may use. That is helpful as well. Besides mourning the loss of my 6 dollars and change I am pretty happy with this place. One more thing...It seems really secure. Someone lives on sight and the gates are thick bars. Not like some I've seen.

I moved into Storage Masters recently and so far I have no complaints and am very satisfied with their service.

The price I paid was WAAAAAAY (at least 50%) less than other storage units in the area, although the unit was smaller than others listed as the same size. In fact, other storage unit facilities could not believe it when I told them how much I paid. And a free truck? (Although, I wouldn't reccommed the free truck unless you really can't afford your own (I prefer a truck with brakes and shocks)). But, the service guys were great and I would definately reccommend them again.

This facility was a joke! We had a unit reserved, but when we got there...no-one was there. A sign on the door said "At the post office and other errands." We waited for 45 minutes with a moving truck and two movers @ $120 an hour and still no-one showed. Got the run around from two long distance numbers and had to find another place. If you rent here...good luck.

Really Nice Service
Even though the original unit that was reserved for me was in use, the team at Storage Masters was able to find me another unit at the same price. They were able to process my paperwork quickly and efficiently.

Friendly and helpful.
Explained everything well and the use of the truck for free was fantastic. Johnny is very helpful. This is the second time I have used Storage Masters. Would recommend to anyone needing a clean, safe storage unit at a decent price.

Everything went smoothly
Easy access for unloading, in good neighborhood, no hassle paper work. Most of all, very accommodating for move change schedules and plans.

I HAVE TO SAY I LOVE THIS PLACE.THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING STORAGE AND THE GUY AT THE FRONT COUNTER TREATED ME LIKE A FRIEND AND ALSO GAVE ME A TOUR AND MADE SURE I HAD THE RIGHT SIZE STORAGE FOR MY STUFF. ALSO TO PUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE HE SENT ME A THANK YOU NOTE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. THANKS STORAGE MASTERS
