Easy and Clean!
I've used Tellus before so I knew to go back there when my boss said get a unit. The facility is very clean and the manager answered all my questions. It was really easy and quick.

Very accommodating on a Saturday.
The nice lady (can’t remember her name) working on Saturday was so helpful in making arrangements for me to get my key after hours. She was also very helpful today, 5/17, by helping unload a heavy item. She had a helper today. She went beyond the the call of duty to help with my move into the unit.

We have been customers for years & wouldn't dream of ever leaving! The manager, Rachel L., is amazing & always greets us with a smile. She's extremely helpful & stays on top of everything! This storage facility is well lit, pristinely clean & well maintained.

Great service and value! The only issues were a moderately dirty floor in the unit and a latch that didn't quite close, making it difficult to lock. Minor issues aside, I am very happy with my experience!

Service was fast and easy. I booked it online and it was waiting for me. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and pay and I was done. The price is also very valuable, as I was looking for some that were just a 5x10 and were double the price. This is a great value!

Worth the drive
A plus is 30 min from our house, but the friendly service and good value are worth trip. We unexpectedly neede a larger space and they worked with us to make it happen in the most convenient way possible. The staff is also knowledgeable and so nice.

Great facility
The facility manager was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. She made me feel at ease entrusting my valuable possessions at their facility. The free use of their moving truck is an added bonus. I am happy that I drove the extra 20 miles to store my items. They are in good hands.
