Pleasant Experience
I stored items at this facility for my daughter who is attending the University of 'Dayton. The owner/manager was very helpful and friendly. He made you feel right at home. I found the location of the storage facility to be safe and secure. I felt comfortable leaving my daughters belongings there for the summer.

Very happy with service
My husband is currently stationed in Germany,In July we will be moving to Ohio,he will be stationed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base so we can be be closer to take care of my Mother,My sister Heather had printed of a list of places from this website that rented storage lockers,the first 2 we went to I did not feel comfortable with dirty,very short with answers,I was ready to go back to her house we went by Hara arena were as teenagers we had seen many concerts,Heather said the map shows a storage place up here,When we pulled in there was a guy sweeping the parking lot,,he came over to us,We went inside I told him what we were looking for he went over some information then he took us outside,he showed us I believe it was a 10x15 outside then one that was inside,I explained to him this move would be paid for by the Air Force,he started telling me how he could do everything,I asked how he knew,He grew up in a military family,We went back to the office he wrote down the information,My sister told him we had lost our brother in January in Afghanistan and our Mother still had not received the survivor benefits,He took the card he had given me wrote a name and phone number on it told me to call him he is stationed at Ft Meade, Today I spoke to the Major he had given me the name of,My mother will receive the benefits.I tried to call the store today and there was no answer,I do not know if this goes to the main company,But I wanted to say Thank You,And Mark I will call you the first week of July.

Holiday Emergency
Trying to de clutter my moms house for the holidays,went to were my mother had a storage unit,the Manager asked what I had to box up,went over how to organize, helped me to convince mom house needed to be organized for her safety.we bout 80.00 in boxes,I took his card,Thank you Mark Fink for your help
